Real estate development is a typical industry which is both high-income and high-risk because of the long cycle of construction, large investment, numerous participates and complex relationships. In different period of a project, there may be different risks, so since the Investment decision-making period, there must be a risk management mechanism which is used to identify, assess and respond to risks in different period. Meanwhile, we can use it to monitor the risks during the whole project in order to adopt corresponding measures in time. Through the correct management of risks, one can avoid or reduce the probability of risks, so as to reduce the cost and improve the interests.Through researching the development condition of the risk management in developed countries, this thesis came to the conclusion that there must be a risk management mechanism in a project in the current Chinese market, and finally do risk investigation based on the practical condition of the first phase of Yin Cheng Dong Fang Guo ji. According to the process of risk management and the characteristic of the project, this thesis did analysis on the existing risks and risks that occurred in the process of carrying out the project, then used scientific risk identification techniques to identify and assess the risks in different period and made conclusion of them. Finally by classifying these risks and making effective solutions of different risks, this thesis made a set of risk management mechanism fit for the first phase of Yin Cheng Dong Fang Guo ji, which is used to monitor the risks during the whole project, so as to reduce the risks and lay a solid foundation for the success of the project.
