Nowadays,with the rapid development of economy,more and more cars have become part of people's life,which make the traffic congestion and parking problems become increasingly prominent.Thus,the lack of parking and parking spaces has become an important issue in the urbanization of China.But the traditional parking lot or the underground garage floor area is larger,the space utilization rate is low,the parking lot is little,and which already far cannot satisfy the people to the parking space demand.Three dimensional garage has the advantages of less land occupation,more parking spaces,high land and space utilization,high intelligence,convenient access and so on.It has become an effective measure to solve the problem of parking.This thesis is mainly based on the market of the existing parking types,making comparison and analysis of the characteristics and application range of the various stereo garage,from the three aspects of the parking area utilization rate,vehicle access number,vehicle access efficiency to design and research of a circular lifting type stereo garage.Through the design and improvement of the garage,this kind of garage could have a certain promotion effect to solve the parking problem,its main research contents are as follow:(1)To understand the current status of the development of the three-dimensional garage at home and abroad,analyze the characteristics and applicable scope of the existing garage,and design several feasible schemes on the three aspects of the utilization rate of the storage area,the number of vehicle,and the efficiency of the vehicle.By making comparative analysis,the overall structure of the garage is determined,and make brief analysis of characteristics and working principle of each part of the garage.On the basis of comparing with the existing products,the structure of garage gets further improvement and optimization.(2)On the basis of the overall scheme,we use ANSYS software to make analysis of the structure of the whole garage from strength,rigidity and stability.At the same time,considering the influence of different working conditions and natural wind load in the actua operation of the garage.Then,make optimization of the size of the overall steel structure to select optimal size for the least amount of steel.(3)According to the working characteristics of the handling device,this thesis mainly studies handling trolley of the single layer and single lifting device,and use PLC S7-200 software to make control programming for handling trolley car.Then,by calculating the time to take out all the vehicles in the garage,we get the average time to take out a car.
