In recent years,there have been small non-avoidable mechanical three-dimensional garages on the market for parking difficulties.The development of three-dimensional garages has tended to be steady.At present,the focus of three-dimensional garages is on practicality and appearance.Few refer to the design and specification of the three-dimensional garage frame,and the modularization design of the three-dimensional garage structure is less considered in design and construction.Therefore,the design needs to consider the modularization of the product,which is convenient for the combination of three-dimensional garages and easy installation and can help shorten the production cycle.This thesis aims at the modularization of small non-avoidance mechanical three-dimensional garage frame.At the same time,the car-carrying board and appearance design scheme of the three-dimensional garage are designed,and according to the force analysis,the static simulation analysis of the vehicle-carrying board and the three-dimensional garage frame is carried out.First of all,the small non-avoidance mechanical three-dimensional garage frame is divided into modules from two aspects: the function and structure.The functional decomposition is used to construct the functional structure diagram,and the functional correspondence of the garage framework is established and simplified,and the correlation matrix is constructed.Based on the cluster analysis,the functional structure division scheme of the garage framework is obtained.The three-dimensional garage frame function elements are corresponded to the components(function carrier),and the generalized directional chain is used to design the structural module division scheme of the three-dimensional garage frame.Besides,applying the knowledge of uniformity and coupling,the functional module division scheme is screened,and the alternative scheme is evaluated and optimized.Based on the functional module division scheme,the evaluation index system is constructed.The D-S evidence theory evaluation module division scheme is applied,and the application software MATLAB is used to complete the data processing,and the module division alternative scheme gets optimized.Finally,the existing passenger cars on the market are investigated and summarized,and the design reference of the car-carrying board structure and size is provided.According to theanalysis on the data of the typical crowd characteristics,the significance degree of the analysis on the characteristics of the crowd is obtained.On this basis,the appearance of the small non-avoidance mechanical three-dimensional garage is designed to meet the needs of consumers.The ANSYS finite element analysis is used to analyze the statics of the vehicle-carrying board structure and the three-dimensional garage frame to verify the availability and effectiveness of the three-dimensional garage frame and the vehicle-carrying board solution.
