After the reform of the modern electric power system,the power grid development needs the support of power grid dispatching automation,and it is also one of the technical support for the power to open.Power grid dispatching is the lifeline of smart grid,which has the characteristics of high technical content,strong real-time and large amount of data,which is the core of security.In this environment,the grid technology development further rapid and mature,intelligent power dispatching main station system standards are increasingly high,intelligent technology matures,dispatching automation and digital substation system continuously renewal.And the main station monitoring and control function is the basis and core of smart grid operation.The main purpose of this paper is the demand of the research station-end monitoring.According to the original monitoring analysis,to further improve and expand the SCADA(supervisory control and data acquisition)function,from the point of view of software engineering of the system of overall design,introduces the selection of the system network structure and platform,from the system requirements analysis,system architecture,system function design,and important functions and key code realization place were described in detail.This system combined with the development of the computer,network,communication and multimedia technology,follow,adopt the mature and effective IT technology based on components of the service oriented architecture(SOA)concept,a combination of C and Java,and set up a application oriented,safe,reliable,open and expansion,component reuse,resource sharing,easy to integration of third-party software,the minimization of maintenance support system.The whole system uses the common base platform,through the message bus,the service bus and so on,carries on the data transmission between different servers,and provides the application oriented cross computer information interaction mechanism.System is mainly based on the original platform based on improved the steady state monitoring function and centralized monitoring function.Based on the existing management system,commercial database management,real-time database,public service,data acquisition and exchange,in-depth discussion of the message bus,bus service,data processing,system monitoring,operation and control five module design and realization method.The black box testing method was adopted in the system,and the test was carried out under the actual operating conditions.
