Research On The Cost Management Of TY New Factory Construction Project

Project cost management is the core of project management,and project cost control is the key measure to realize project cost management.Reasonable use of project cost control methods of project duration,project quality,project cost effective management and control,to ensure that the project meets the design requirements of the program,to achieve the general contractor win-win project owner and project target.The implementation of project cost management,strengthen cost control,both to help the project general contractor in the market economy environment to enhance their competitiveness and influence,but also in the market competition to obtain valuable profits.Similarly,the implementation of project cost management,strengthen cost control can also help project owners to reduce project expenditure and improve the efficiency of the use of funds,even without increasing the value of the project under the premise of increasing investment in order to obtain the maximum return on investment objectives.Project cost management activities include the project cost estimation,project cost budgeting and project cost control.The project cost control method and throughout the whole process of project construction,the project,project bidding,project design,project material procurement,project construction,project acceptance has a corresponding cost control measures.The purpose of using these project cost control methods is to control the cost of project construction within the project budget.Through the research methods of cost control of domestic and foreign project cost management theory and project manufacturing enterprise,the new plant in TY Construction project as the object,focus on the use of decomposition of project cost estimates and budget of the TY project of WBS structure,the use of value engineering theory to choose the design scheme of TY project,using AHP to choose the best material the use of suppliers,control project quality monitoring method of the whole process cost.Finally,some problems in the process of TY project cost control and the future development of China's small and medium-sized enterprises put forward some ideas.
