| Cost control is the focus of enterprise cost management.Using project cost control theory to guide practice is an important part of cost control management in our project activities.It is also one of the main signs of entering the modern project management stage.When the new market economy is highly developed,the market competition is very fierce and a little careless,there will be the risk of the potential losses of the project.Among all the enterprises,the cost management level of the project is improved through a variety of project competition.Therefore,the project cost control is becoming an indispensable part of the project management to the fine management stage.At the same time,the cost control of the project is also the main work link of the enterprise to carry out the continuous management process.With multiple rounds of state regulation of the housing market,the construction enterprise’s market share continues to decline,which requires one hand enterprises to change the existing construction technology,some professional in the field of open market and overseas market,on the other hand,enterprises must constantly absorbing the experiences and lessons of the past project cost management,reduce the cost of expenses,and make sure to.How to control the cost and cost of construction and transformation projects is a new topic in current research.The cost management of construction project is a complicated system engineering,in the project implementation process to do theory and practice,set up comprehensive cost management organization,improve the cost management process and incentive measures,give full play to forecast and control,after the analysis of the functions,and shall be effective in all aspects the dynamic control of project cost,and strive to achieve a low cost high quality management system,to achieve the project benefit maximization.In this paper,the original factory renovation project of Shougang road as the research object,taking the project cost management knowledge system as the basis,combined with the construction of the project preparation,earthwork engineering,network engineering,road base,road surface,retaining walls,sidewalks and other stage and acceptance of the project in eight phases,an in-depth study of the project WBS,resource planning,cost estimate and budget,and the project cost budget target decomposition,benchmark curve gives the project cost control,and the use of earned value analysis of the project cost control method,find out the existing problems in the project cost control,and puts forward the specific control measures so as to ensure the project cost control effectively,improve the project cost management level. |
