| Electric energy metering device is a kind of metering device for trade settlement between power supply enterprises and customers.Electric energy metering device will cause malfunction or abnormal metering because of damage of electronic components,aging or system oscillation,lightning strike,malignant operation,wrong wiring and so on.In order to avoid the loss of electricity,power supply enterprises need roots.According to the provisions of"Power Supply Business Rules",the erroneous electricity during the fault period is calculated to make up for the erroneous electricity generated during the fault period.At present,according to different types of faults,different time-consuming faults,different ways of meter reading and settlement,different staff members choose different methods of calculation,which is more arbitrary;in the way,staff simply use calculator manual calculation and manual documentation,increase Man-made error rate,resulting in low efficiency,low automation rate,coupled with the paper work sheet as the carrier of the audit process,the degree of informatization is relatively low;coupled with the division of responsibilities of departments is not clear,power recovery is very difficult.Aiming at the practical problems,this paper studies and develops a set of automatic management platform for electricity recovery,which provides management means and technical means support from the work links of discovering the fault of metering device,dealing with the fault,calculating the electricity quantity to electricity recovery.Firstly,this paper analyzes the fault type,customer type and settlement method of the electric energy metering device under different circumstances,combs out the responsibility interface of each department of the power supply enterprise,and carries out the optimal process design combined with the actual situation.On this basis,a practical automatic management platform for power compensation is developed.The platform uses ASP.NET MVC technology and Visual studio 2012 as the development environment to build B/S architecture.It makes full use of the advantages of process related engine and plug-in design to achieve code repeatability and improve the efficiency of secondary development.The interactive interface adopts HTML5 technology,which makes the interface simple,beautiful,and the form striking and easy to use,improves the user experience and minimizes the tedious steps of data entry.According to the current number of users,can be directly deployed in any installation of Windows NT 5.1 above the host system,with great practical value. |
