| State Grid Corporation is implementing the whole life cycle management method of electric energy metering equipment,in which inventory management is a very important part.State Grid Baiyin Power Supply Company has a relatively weak foundation for the inventory management of electric energy metering equipment,and the management level has a lot of room for improvement.Under such a background,it is of great practical significance to study the optimization scheme of the inventory management of electric energy metering equipment in combination with the management practice.By investigating the current situation of inventory management of electric energy metering equipment,this paper analyzes the existing problems in inventory management and puts forward targeted optimization schemes.This paper plans to solve the problems of energy metering equipment inventory management,by conducting electricity measurement equipment inventory checking,the ABC classification management,controling qualified inventory rate and increasing the rate of warehouse management standard.At the same time,this paper works out four measures to ensure that the optimized scheme can be effectively implemented.It is expected that the research results of this paper can effectively help improve the inventory management level of power metering equipment of State Grid Baiyin Power Supply Company,and also provide reference and reference for the inventory management of similar enterprises. |
