Research On Progress Management Of Oil And Gas Long Distance Pipeline Design Project

Project management pays a more important role in operation of any corporation.Once a project is successfully managed,sometimes,result in a successful project.Project management includes management of schedule,quality and cost,in which,schedule management directly reflects the effect of its operation process.Nowadays,domestic study on schedule management mainly focuses on operation stage of a project;however,research on design stage is rare.Long distance oil/gas transmission pipelines share the same features:long distance to transmit,long period to finish and many administrative divisions to go through,once schedule management in design stage is out of control,that may lead to a delay of procurement period or forced shorten of construction process.Finally,a delay of the whole project may occur.Therefore,Adopting schedule management in design stage is economical and with strong practical value to push the project forward.And it also helps to complete the system of schedule management.The thesis is based on recent schedule management theory.First of all,the thesis analyses the current situation of long distance oil/gas pipeline project on its schedule management operation;then,work out the plan-made process,schedule management and actual handover situation of this kind of long-distance pipeline.Finally,the thesis find out some existed problems,its resource and solutions for these problems,based on statistical data.Finally,apply the outcomes to a new long-distance pipeline project,and optimize its schedule management system.
