Quality Management Research On Laibin Museum Design Project

Through the research on the quality management of the Laibin Museum,the quality management and quality control are carried out in the whole process of the engineering design.This paper discussed the problems in the quality management of the project,propose the countermeasures and suggestions.Reduce the errors,leaks,bumps and defects in design drawings and improve design quality.Based on the experience summary and statistical analysis,through research the theory of quality management and quality management system,this paper finds out the seven problems of engineering quality management,and then proposes these countermeasures.First,improve the quality awareness of the project team and participate in the quality.Second,strengthen technical management,communication and coordination among different professions.Third,strengthen the design quality control and ensure the drawing quality.Fourth,strengthen the management of design schedule and control the progress of the project.Fifth,strengthen the quality management and formulate the quality management activities throughout the year.Sixth,improve the engineering quality process control,formulate the responsibilities of each post.Seventh,improve the perfecting the method of engineering quality management and strengthening the training of quality management members.Through the analysis and research,get the conclusions:in order to establish a perfect and reasonable quality management system,first of all,it is necessary to improve the quality consciousness of all the personnel in the enterprise,to strengthen the personal sense of responsibility for work,and to strictly control the quality of the design posts in which they are located;The second is to strengthen the management of quality management,the design process of the project can be better controlled;the third is to improve the quality management system management methods,can timely and effectively find problems and solve problems.The research of this subject has achieved the expected effect and purpose.According to the requirement of GB/T19001-2016 quality management system of national standard of our country,the quality management system of our hospital has been perfected,the design quality and service level has been improved,and the efficiency of design drawings has been improved.It reduces the possibility of economic loss caused by the owner because the design is not perfect,and improves the market competitiveness of the enterprise.This subject has certain reference and guiding significance to the design quality management of other engineering projects.
