Study On Sustainable Development Of Historic And Cultural Blocks

At present,economists,historians and urban planning staff have reached a consensus,while social and economic development can not forget the protection of historical and cultural heritage.Especially for the ancient city with a long history and cultural accumulation.For the ancient city,not only the overall appearance,for the city’s buildings,blocks,alleys and so on are the focus of protection.We should combine the accelerating urbanization with the protection of block gardens to increase the charm of the city.As the center of the historic city,the historic blocks witnessed the changes of the city and also represented the overall social style at that time.With the passage of time,the cultural atmosphere accumulated in historical blocks permeates every corner of the city.Historic blocks contain profound culture and precious resources,which make people deeply understand the development of a city.The changes of Yangzhou city from ancient to modern are the result of the interaction of people and many historical blocks.Over the past half century,China has witnessed rapid development.Great changes have taken place in many aspects of economy,politics and culture.However,the deep value,emotion and aesthetic principles of culture will not change easily with the passage of time.The deep-rooted value recognition of history and culture is the source power of the development of historical blocks.In addition,the ups and downs of Yangzhou gardens are the most typical and concentrated reflection of the fate of Yangzhou,which can reflect the development process of Chinese politics,economy and culture from one side.Yangzhou Landscape Architecture is an important demonstration of the influence of Chinese history,culture and world culture.This paper chooses Dongguanjie historical block and its gardens in Yangzhou as the research objects,Dongguan Street,with its unique geographical location,is a city cultural and commercial center with local economic characteristics.At the same time,as the activity center of many residents,Dongguan Street continuously disseminates rich and colorful folk culture,which shows the historical features and social environment of the ancient city of Yangzhou very well.The block including Li Changle’s former residence,Yiyuan,Jienan Bookstore,and so on.It chooses paper-based data and electronic data inquiry as the main research means,and collects a large number of archival information about the development of the block to study the process of block development,construction and protection.Through a large number of data research,to find out the current protection problems,as well as the causes of the problems.Taking the development of garden economy as the main starting point,this paper analyzes the overall characteristics of the park,and then corrects the analysis results according to the current economic situation and historical situation.After fully understanding the development of the garden,the paper studies the four aspects:the restoration of landscape spots,the comprehensive development of hotels,the inheritance of local folk customs and the economic development.The landscape protection situation and future development trend of Dongguan Street historic block in Yangzhou are discussed,and some research ideas are put forward for reference.
