Research And Applicaton Promotion Of Project Management Level Based On BIM Technology

Qingdao Huanhai Kailai business hotel renovation project,as a public super highrise building,has the characteristics of large investment scale,long construction period,high functional requirements of the project and large amount of information in the whole life cycle.The construction project and project management are extremely complex.In addition,due to the large number of units participating in the construction of this project and the complex relationship between the main body participating in the construction,the workload of the general contractor for construction has been greatly increased.If the traditional engineering management mode is adopted,the construction information cannot be communicated and transmitted in a timely and effective manner,which may easily lead to the delay of the construction period and the unsmooth connection of working procedures,thus resulting in the increase of workload and miscellaneous work content.How to use the new technology to improve the existing project management level and achieve high-rise building construction management efficient and perfect performance is the top problem that must be solved in this project.Therefore,in the full cycle construction process of Qingdao Huanhai Kailai business hotel project,BIM technology can be used to provide visual and virtual general contracting project management solutions,so as to achieve close connection between the participants in the whole cycle of the project.At the same time,in the context of the information age,the project structured organization management and information exchange and sharing between different stages,different participants and different auxiliary management tools can be quickly and effectively solved,leading the general contract management of construction to a higher level.In this paper,the application of BIM technology in the renovation project of Qingdao Huanhai Kailai business hotel is studied.Firstly,the purpose and significance of the research are introduced.At the same time,the application status and obstacles of BIM technology in China are expounded.Secondly,the concept and value embodiment of BIM which implemented in engineering construction are described.Then,the application of BIM technology in project management is discussed in detail from six aspects such as construction drawing optimization,quality management,safety management,construction schedule management,construction site planning and construction cost management in the project construction cycle.Finally,the application and promotion value of BIM technology in similar projects which are precise,sophisticated and difficult are discussed respectively from the aspects of BIM construction drawing deepening design,BIM completion acceptance and delivery,and innovative application of BIM.
