In the construction industry,BIM technology has brought revolutionary changes.However,in the civil engineering industry,due to the relatively late introduction,it is now facing a variety of problems to be solved.In order to apply BIM technology to bridge engineering,it is often impossible to achieve only one BIM software or even one kind of BIM software.It requires various software to cooperate in order to achieve the desired goal.As there are hundreds of BIM software on the market at present,the first problem to be solved is the selection of software.With the improvement of the scale and complexity of the project,the growth of the construction cycle and the increase of project participants,it is difficult to implement the construction management of many large-scale projects.At the same time,due to the lack of information and the low degree of information integration,all participants are facing enormous difficulties in communication and coordination.The emergence of building information model(BIM)and digital information technology provides a practical tool for the project management in the construction Process-Construction integrated management platform.It can manage the technology,quality,progress,safety and other aspects of the project in the construction process,effectively coordinate the communication between the participants,thus forming a BIM technology-centered.New project management model.The main research methods used in this paper are literature research,qualitative analysis,case analysis,etc.By understanding the development status of BIM technology at home and abroad and the advantages and disadvantages of the four BIM software platforms at present,and combining the characteristics of bridge engineering,this paper puts forward some reference suggestions on the selection of BIM design software for bridge specialty,and the corresponding software in the design stage.It is introduced in detail,mainly including conceptual volume design,parametric design,visualization and so on.It preliminarily grasps the technical ways and methods of partial 2D professional drawing and engineering measurement inventory statistics based on bridge BIM model.BIM technology has important guiding significance and reference value for the scheme selection in the preliminary design stage of a project,but it is not only a simple display of a three-dimensional model,but also a more important part is the need to integrate model data and management data,and apply it to the construction management of the project.Therefore,this paper focuses on introducing the actual project of the construction integrated management platform.The application of the project "Taihong Yangtze River Bridge".Through analysis,it is concluded that choosing the appropriate BIM design software will greatly improve the efficiency of designers,thus saving costs,and at the same time,the accuracy of the model will be greatly improved.In addition,the paper determines the classification and coding standard of BIM model of suspension bridge in the construction stage through the application research of construction integrated management platform,and obtains a new project management mode based on BIM technology.Its management platform takes the model as the carrier,realizes the realtime communication,sharing,transmission and integration of information,ensures the integrity and accuracy of information,reduces the distortion and error of information in the transmission process,thus improving the efficiency and precision of project management,and promotes the application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of the project.
