Architectural converse modeling is an effective means to realize the rapid establishment of three-dimensional(3D)model,which effectively solves the current related fields on the need to accelerate the speed of building modeling.3D laser scanning technology and real scene modeling technology are the two most commonly methods used in the field of architectural converse modeling,each has its unique advantages and limitations,its advantages play an important role in their respective application fields,and its limitations also affect their in-depth application in their respective fields.Compared with the real scene modeling technology,3D laser scanning technology has unparalleled high precision advantages,but in 3D model display effect,the real scene modeling technology has won the favor of the industry by virtue of its full real scene restoration effect.Although the application fields of the two overlap each other,but only in the same field to play their own advantages,can not break through their respective limitations.The converse modeling scheme which is based on the fusion of 3D laser scanning and real scene modeling can realize advantage superposition and short board supplementarity,so that to make the final model have the characteristics of high accuracy and high authenticity at the same time,break the limitations of their respective applications and apply the reverse established model to a deeper level.In this paper,the basic theory of 3D laser scanning technology,real scene modeling technology and building reverse modeling are analyzed in depth.Then it introduces the macroscopical workflow of 3D scanning system and the real scene modeling system,obtaining their respective advantages and disadvantages,then leading to the idea of the fusion of 3D laser scanning technology and the real scene modeling,analyzing the theory and workflow of the fusion of the two at the same time,obtaining the advantages of building converse modeling in this way.Then this paper focuses on the theory and workflow of the whole scheme of outdoor data acquisition and indoor data processing,and studies the theory,process and precision evaluation scheme of point cloud data acquisition and processing,photo data acquisition and processing under the overall scheme.Finally,this paper carries out a case study on the integration of the two technologies,further verifies the feasibility of the integration of the two ideas,and summarizes the next research direction.With the development of science technology and information technology,architectural converse modeling methods will become more abundant and mature,architectural converse modeling will also be more and more widely used.Based on 3D laser scanning technology and real scene modeling technology,this paper studies a new architectural converse modeling scheme,hoping to provide reference for future engineering practice and research.
