With the rapid development of equipment manufacturing industry,the scale of enterprise production is gradually expanding,and the investment of key equipment is increasingly.How to improve the utilization ratio and production efficiency of equipment,reduce the energy consumption of equipment,thus increasing the rate of return on equipment investment funds has become the focus of attention of managers in recent years.In this thesis,according to the actual demand of the enterprise,the key equipment of the equipment manufacturing industry is taken as the main body of research,and the purpose of thesis is providing the data source of the equipment effectiveness calculation.It focuses on the design of the intermediate equipment of the wireless monitoring system of equipment effectiveness,that is,the front-end processor.The thesis mainly completes the following tasks:1.Build the whole structure of the monitoring system.By analyzing the process flow of equipment manufacturing key equipment,wireless communication technology and typical network topology,the voltage,current and operation state of equipment are selected as monitoring parameters.The functional requirements of the the front-end processor are defined,and the wireless communication and Ethernet transmission are adopted to realize the data transmission in the monitoring network.2.The overall hardware design of the front machine is presented.The main controller unit,electrical parameter information acquisition unit,equipment fault repair unit and data information communication unit are designed in order to realize the acquisition,processing and transmission of monitoring parameters.Thus,it provides data basis for the calculation of equipment effectiveness and the formulation of maintenance strategy.In addition,the display unit,memory unit and interface debugging unit are designed,and the schematic diagram of each unit and the drawing of PCB board diagram are completed.3.A monitoring network communication protocol is designed.Combining with the characteristics of workshop distribution and considering the network expansibility and stability,the star network topology is used in the small workshop and the cluster network topology is used in the large-scale workshop.A study of the medium access control mechanism is carried out aiming at the problem of data conflict in the wireless channel,the data transmission mode among the wireless nodes is determined,the network forming process and the data transmission frame format are monitored.4.Complete the software design and system testing of the front machine.The software development environment of the system is introduced,and the electric parameter acquisition program,the equipment fault repair program and the data communication program are designed.The hardware debugging and software debugging,the data acquisition and transmission function test and the whole system test are carried out respectively.It is proved that the function of the front machine is stable,reliable and meets the design requirements.The design of the equipment effectiveness monitoring system can not only improve the production efficiency and utilization ratio of equipment,calculate the energy consumption of equipment,judge whether the equipment is broken down,and count the rate of return on investment of equipment,but also realize the information and intelligent management of equipment.Then optimize the equipment manufacturing process and improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
