The bus as a public transportation important,plays an irreplaceable role in today's city residents daily travel activities.The bus in this paper including the conventional public transit and bus rapid transit,which has the characteristics of economic,efficient,convenient and quick.With the rapid development of social economy,people on the bus service requirements are increasingly high,especially in the bus dispatching,passengers eager to get more time,more efficient and more fit the change of passenger flow of bus service.This paper makes a further study on the existing domestic and foreign public transportation dispatching mode,found that the present model of bus dispatching is single,fixed,change law fails to effectively fit the station passenger flow,passenger flow characteristics of different flow line down the tide is not distinguished.As a starting point,this paper carried out the following work.Elaborates the basic theory of bus dispatch hing,and study the existence of the influence factors of bus scheduling and current bus scheduling and scheduling optimization problems in the process.According to the analysis of the factors affecting analysis and scheduling problems in bus scheduling,to determine the content and scope of passenger flow survey.To determine the investigation method of scheduling and Optimization in traffic characteristics and accordingly,at the end of the passenger flow characteristics were analyzed,and the calculation method of design of passenger station.First analyzes the mutual influence between the process and the influence factors of travel,followed by the analysis from two angles of the interests of passengers and the bus company interest in the travel process consumed cost.It also takes account of the interests of passengers in the station waiting time and waiting time in the car.Based on the established model of passenger waiting time and the bus company operating cost model,and to determine the method of top passenger cost per unit time,the waiting time of passengers into the passenger travel cost.Optimization model of minimum passenger travel cost and the minimum bus company operating cost as the objective with constraints.According to the model required for the genetic algorithm encoding process and decoding process,genetic operators are designed.On the basis of the bus scheduling optimization of Dalian city rapid transit line of the use of MATLAB software,the optimal solution for the median concentration and study.The uplink direction after the optimization of departure plan in departure plan in operation cost is almost unchanged,reduce the waiting time of the passengers in the station;downward direction while maintaining the passenger waiting time is 9.4%edged up,save the operation cost of 33%.The optimization model can be arranged on the line down the two types of joint departure plan effectively,improve the efficiency of public transport.
