For past power plant, the transmission system of coal is semi-automated.There are two main ways,one is the relay run,the other kind is a full manual operation.The whole transportation of coal scene often full of dust throughout the environment,Not only for the health of people have a greater hazard,and because coal transportation system is very wide-ranging, often there will be a variety of fault conditions.Common case has a belt out of orbit, belt off and drop coal pipe transportation poor,make the efficiency of power plants do not go up. With the rapid development of the socialist economy, power plants gradually expand production scale, the demand for coal is also much higher than in the past,Thus, coal-transporting system in the past and plants growing economic scale are incompatible.In this paper, for Huomei Hongjun Power Branch No.1coal-transporting system, developed a set of coal that can be programmed to control the operating system. While the structure of the system are described, not only analyzes the system software and hardware sector, but also on the man-machine interface, communications have been described for the upgrade system software foundation.Meanwhile, the paper designes a blending systems from the current economic efficiency of thermal power plants.Currently, coal-transporting system operation has been completely entered the field of automatic operation, and it is for the control of industrial hardware, you can produce a considerable degree of noise immunity, can be directly used in industrial operation site.Nevertheless, because Huomei Hongjun Power Branch No.1coal-transporting system is running in a very poor environment, different procedures interference occurs, resulting in coal-transporting system is unable to complete the appropriate design and commissioning work properly.Most of the plant’s coal-transporting system there are two reasons, one is not working, on the other hand is poor anti-interference ability.End of this article is on the operational aspects of the coal-transporting system operation were discussed in-depth,and proposed a number of proposals and method of operation with the interference associated,it has important reference value in practical operation.
