In recent years,China's economy has been growing steadily and the urbanization process has been accelerating.The development of the construction industry has made great contributions to China's economic growth and has become a veritable pillar industry in China.However,the traditional construction industry also has problems such as large impact on the environment,large consumption of resources and low utilization efficiency.In order to solve the above problems,it is necessary to optimize and upgrade the production mode of the original construction industry,that is,to transform from traditional cast-in-place construction to prefabricated construction.At present,governments at all levels have introduced various subsidy policies and support standards to promote the development of prefabricated buildings.As one of the representative forms of prefabricated concrete buildings,more and more construction units,design units and construction units have begun to try prefabricated concrete buildings,and several prefabricated concrete construction projects have been completed.After completion of the prefabricated concrete building construction,project engineering quality are measured by the quality evaluation system,but because of the differences of prefabricated concrete buildings and traditional cast-in-situ,the original to the traditional cast-in-situ construction engineering quality evaluation system has not to prefabricated concrete construction quality evaluation.Therefore,based on the combined evaluation method,this paper builds the quality evaluation system of prefabricated concrete building.The main work contents and research results are as follows:First of all,through the method of literature research,this paper selects the influence factors of engineering quality of prefabricated concrete buildings retrieved and statistically as the samples for the subsequent evaluation index screening.Then,by using the method of two expert surveys,the evaluation index of engineering quality of prefabricated concrete buildings is screened out and the evaluation index system is constructed.Among them,the second expert survey is to screen the controversial indicators in the indicator screening sample,which can reduce the bias of screening results caused by relying only on the principle of "the minority is subordinate to the majority".Second,in the process of prefabricated concrete construction quality evaluation,this paper,using the causal analysis from the reasonable number of indicators,the complexity of the problem evaluated by experts,the determination basis of index weight,the processing principle of scoring and so on,analyzing the limiting factors affecting the accuracy and rationality of the evaluation results.On this basis,the author formulated four evaluation principles: the combination of participant evaluation and expert evaluation,the combination of independent analysis and correlation analysis,the combination of subjective analysis and objective analysis,and the combination of local analysis and global analysis,and design the evaluation mechanism of prefabricated concrete construction qualityAgain,according to the design of the prefabricated concrete construction quality assessment mechanism,this paper considers the following evaluation methods comprehensively:Decision Making Trail and Evaluation,Analytic Hierarchy Process,Entropy Weight Method,The combination evaluation method of amplifying the difference,The transfer entropy theory model,and design the standardization of prefabricated concrete construction quality.Then,Matlab is used to program the evaluation steps,through the program of the evaluation steps,the evaluation process of prefabricated concrete building quality is simplified and the time cost of evaluation is saved.Finally,this paper analyzes the case of a prefabricated concrete building project,determines the weight value and comprehensive scoring value of the project indicators at all levels,and puts forward Suggestions to improve the quality management level of the prefabricated concrete building project on the basis of the ranking of index weight value and scoring value.For example,for the entry of prefabricated components,the general contractor should determine the installation sequence of prefabricated components in advance,and the site should strictly follow the hoisting sequence for the entry of prefabricated components;Prefabricated prefabricated parts production units need to apply information management system,and the logistics company provide a port at the same time with the construction unit,to use the information system for dynamic display from production,quality inspection,transportation,attendance,site installation.At the same time,the construction units submit the entry number and time requirement through component management system.
