| With the accaleretion of China’s urbanzation process,the proportion of energy consumption in the construction industry in the total energy consumption is increasing.Since 2015,prefabricated buildings have been widely used,and has been gradually accepted and developed by people.However,the development of prefabricated building is still relatively slow.Based on this,from the perspective of construction companies,the author has determined that Building Information Modeling,that is,BIM can play a very good role in the current prefabricated building quality,BIM is very important for construction enterprises.At the same time,with the development of BIM in recent years,Many industries have been using this technology,such as the construction industry,enterprises attach great importance to BIM Technology.So,at this stage,the author combines prefabricated buildings with BIM technology,evaluates the quality management performance of BIM technology applied to prefabricated buildings,and judges the quality management benefits of prefabricated buildings after applying BIM technology,which can be applied to construction enterprises This technology provides a benefit reference,which can then promote the better development of prefabricated buildings in the future.This paper introduces the current situation of quality management in construction enterprises and analyzes the problems existing in construction enterprises,the research significance and necessity of performance evaluation by discovering the insufficient research of predecessors.Next,in order to lay a theoretical foundation for this dissertation,it expounds BIM related theories and excellent performance related theories.Combined with literature review,through field investigation and literature research,the initial index of this paper is determined,and then Delphi method is used to screen the evaluation index,and an index system including 6 first-class indicators and20 second-class indicators is obtained.In determining the weight,considering the irrationality of the weight solution method,the author chooses G1 method and C-OWA method to determine the combined weight,and then solves the total weight.Finally,the performance is evaluated by the model.Taking a prefabricated construction project in Qingdao as an example,through consulting with experts in the construction industry and combining relevant,the performance evaluation indexes of standard area,classic area and cross-section area are selected,combined with project data sorting and construction personnel survey,the matter-element value data of performance evaluation is determined.Finally,it was evaluated comprehensively,objectively and systematically through the matter-element analysis model,and the overall performance level of the project was found to be “good”,indicating the application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings’ quality management performance level is good,and certain methods and measures are proposed to improve the indicators with relatively low performance levels.The indicators with higher performance levels should continue to be maintained and ultimately achieve the overall level of improvement.In the last part of the article,the contents of the paper are summarized and combed,and the insufficient research is clarified,which paves the way for further research in the future. |
