Quality Measurement And Obstacles Of Construction Industrialization Transformation Factor Improvement Studies

The sustainable development and industrial transformation of the construction industry are very important to China’s development.This transformation and development model to promote transformation and upgrading is the essence of current high-quality development,and the industrialization of the construction industry is a necessary condition for transformation and upgrading.The changes in the industrial environment and the transformation of the economic growth model make the original evaluation indicators mainly based on economic growth no longer suitable for the current high-quality development model.It is necessary to rebuild the evaluation index system for the transformation of construction industrialization and measure the quality of transformation.Analyze,perceive changes in the quality of construction industrialization transformation in an all-round and reasonable index evaluation,and make effective adjustments to the direction and method in a timely manner,so as to efficiently promote the high-quality development and optimization of the construction industry.Based on the research on the concept and connotation of construction industrialization transformation,this paper deconstructs the specific performance of construction industrialization transformation under the requirements of high-quality development,and combines the "five development concepts" to form an initial development quality measurement index set,and uses the GEM method to identify the key indicators.Finally,a measurement index system of 19 indicators in 6dimensions of construction industry growth rate,technological innovation,structural coordination,green drive,opening to the outside world,and state performance was determined.The "entropy weight TOPSIS" is used to calculate the weight to measure the time and space and build the obstacle degree model to diagnose the obstacle factor in the index system.The longitudinal data from 2011 to 2020 and the horizontal data from 2020 are used for empirical analysis.The research results show that:(1)The quality of my country’s construction industrialization transformation shows an obvious upward trend in time series.From the perspective of development trends in various dimensions,the growth rate of the construction industry in the early stage is conducive to the transformation of construction industrialization.In the later stage,technological progress and green driving have risen in fluctuations and become the driving force for industrialization transformation.(2)The transformation of my country’s construction industrialization is manifested in regional and internal differences and agglomeration in the spatial sequence.The difference is reflected in the overall quality of transformation,which is divided into the eastern,central and western regions.The construction industrialization transformation quality in the east is higher,the western region is poorer,and the development level in the central region is moderate;the agglomeration is reflected in the agglomeration in regions with low or medium transformation quality,and the quality of transformation is high.provinces are fragmented.(3)Identify the obstacle factors of the dimension layer and the index layer in the spatial sequence through the obstacle degree model.The main obstacle factors at the dimension level of each province are concentrated in the dimensions of state performance and technological innovation.In the index level,the proportion of prefabricated buildings in new construction area,the proportion of expenditure,the proportion of foreign contracted output value,the recycling rate of construction waste and other indicators have an impact on the transformation of construction industrialization.Greater impact.The barrier factors in each transitional stage are constantly changing.According to the transformation and development status of construction industrialization,obstacles,etc.,it is proposed to continuously increase investment in science and technology,improve the talent training mechanism,improve the green driving level of the construction industry,the level of structural coordination in the construction industry,and promote the open development of the construction industry.Provide reference for development direction and path.
