Research On The Industrialization Development Of Steel Structural Residence In China

Under the multiple environmental backgrounds in which the country's increasing requirements for the development of green buildings and the steel overcapacity problem still needs to be vigilant,steel structural residence,as a building form with natural assembly of structural system,large steel consumption,and recyclable raw materials,fully meets the requirements of green development,effectively solves the contradiction of overcapacity,and becomes the future development direction of construction industry.In recent years,steel structures are often used in super high-rise buildings,long-span factory buildings,public buildings and bridges.However,the promotion of steel structure residence has been extremely slow.In order to promote the healthy and rapid development of the industrialization of steel structural residence,in early 2019,the Construction Market Supervision Department of MOHURD proposed for the first time to carry out the pilot work of "steel structural residence".In order to speed up the introduction of supplementary policies and promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry,it is particularly important to study the influencing factors of the industrialization development of steel structural residence and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.In the thesis,the industrial development of steel structural residence in China is taken as the research object,the development status at home and abroad is analyzed,domestic development problems are pointed out,the deep-seated influence factors are excavated,and the development countermeasure suggestions are put forward.First of all,the current development situation of developed countries is analyzed and their development experience is summarized.In terms of policy standards and achievements,the development status of China's steel structure residence industrialization is analyzed,and problems in development are analyzed in both macro and micro aspects Induction.Secondly,the factors that influence the industrialization development of steel structural residence in China are systematically identified.The list of influencing factors was determined through literature research and expert interviews.The questionnaire was designed based on the list and optimized through pre-investigation.Nine common factors were extracted through factor analysis and studied as key influencing factors.Through observation,it is found that the key influencing factors may contain potential influencing relationships,so the DEMATEL / ISM integrated modeling method is adopted,and the mechanism model of key influencing factors is obtained.Through the interpretation of the model,the mechanism of key influencing factors between various levels is analyzed.Finally,the deep influence factors in the mechanism model of key influencing factors are excavated,and suggestions for the industrialization development of steel structural residence in China are proposed accordingly.The mechanism model of key influencing factors for the industrialization development of steel structural residence in China is established in this thesis.Combined with the current development situation at home and abroad,for the deep influence factors,suggestions on government control,industrial organization,and technical system are put forward.These suggestions provide an entry point for solving the problem of the industrialization development of steel structure residence,and are conducive to promoting the stable and orderly development of the industry.
