The indoor thermal environment is an important part of the indoor physical environment of the inpatient building.At present,domestic research on thermal environment of inpatient buildings is mostly carried out from single aspects such as human thermal comfort or building energy saving,and less consideration is given to patient characteristics,building functional requirements,the relationship between energy consumption and environmental quality."Environmental Energy Efficiency" is a system for evaluating buildings from two aspects of environmental quality and energy consumption.The main purpose of this paper is to study the indoor thermal environment quality and energy consumption on the basis of the evaluation system,patient characteristics and building functional requirements of the inpatient building,and to explore the thermal environmental impact factors and optimization methods from the perspective of architectural design,with a view to provid a reference for single evaluation index of the evaluation system and the research of upgrading technology.Firstly,through the method of literature research,the evaluation indexes of thermal environment quality and energy consumption of inpatient buildings are obtained.At the same time,the field investigation and data collection of No.1 inpatient building of a hospital in Beijing are carried out,and the current situation of thermal environment of the building is summarized.Then,the evaluation indexes are used to evaluate the building and find the existing problems.The main influencing factors of the thermal environment are analyzed by means of computer simulation.Finally,the optimization design is carried out to improve the quality of the thermal environment in the ward on the basis of energy saving.In the study of thermal environment design of inpatient buildings,we find that patients have stricter requirements for thermal environment than healthy people.In addition,the thermal environment design should meet the requirements of medical and health care.On the other hand,the energy consumption of heating and air-conditioning in inpatient buildings occupies a large proportion of the total energy consumption,and its energy-saving potential is great.From the point of architectural design,the thermal environment of ward building is mainly affected by layout and orientation,building plane and enclosure structure.Among several planes,the multi-corridor plane is energy-saving,but the internal ventilation is poor.The thermal environment renovation is mainly based on the ventilation design.The evaluation index of thermal environment quality proposed in this paper can provide reference for thermal environment evaluation of inpatient buildings in other hospitals.The evaluation index of energy consumption can be applied to the evaluation of other hospitals in Beijing.The thermal environmental impact factors and renovation methods proposed in this paper can provide a reference for improving the thermal environment of inpatient building with multi-corridor plane.
