Medical building is one of the main types of public buildings with the largest construction volume in China.Taiyuan is a cold area,and its public buildings need heating and cooling at the same time,with high energy consumption intensity,especially the hospital buildings,most of which are used for 24-hour operation,with huge energy saving potential.Aiming at the problem that the optimization strategy of energy-saving reconstruction of old hospital inpatient building focuses on the late technical measures and ignores the early reconstruction scheme design,this paper takes Taiyuan hospital inpatient building as an example,starting from the space and structure and other building body energy-saving reconstruction design influence factors,aims to explore the energy-saving reconstruction strategy and energy-saving reconstruction technology which is in line with the operation logic and has practical value.This paper systematically reviews the domestic research on energy saving.Then,based on the case study,the typical energy consumption simulation model of Taiyuan hospital inpatient building is established.On this basis,it simulates and analyzes the influence of these factors on the energy consumption of Taiyuan hospital inpatient building from three aspects of space,skin design and structural design,demonstrates the energy-saving effect of targeted transformation of space skin and structural factors,and selects the key elements of energy-saving transformation strategy based on architectural perspective,so as to prepare for the combination of energy-saving transformation optimization strategy.On the basis of the above research,this paper proposes an energy-saving optimization strategy integration method framework for Taiyuan hospital inpatient building based on multivariable experimental design method to develop energy consumption simulation scheme.Through the selection of key elements of energy-saving transformation and the classification and combination of structural elements,the energy-saving optimization strategy for Taiyuan hospital inpatient building is established,which verifies the effectiveness of the method Feasibility.Finally,taking a typical hospital building in Taiyuan as an example,the paper analyzes and verifies the practical value of the energy-saving transformation optimization strategy.The typical model of Taiyuan hospital inpatient building and the combination of energysaving transformation optimization strategy and energy-saving transformation technology proposed in this paper can inspire and guide the research on energy-saving transformation of other medical buildings in Taiyuan and other cities in cold regions,so as to achieve the purpose of building high-performance medical buildings.
