Empirical Study On Environment-energy Efficiency Of A Hospital Ward Building In Beijing

The environmental energy efficiency in the field of green building research was first proposed by Tsinghua University in the “12th Five-Year” Science and Technology Support Program.The main research is the relationship between building environmental performance and energy consumption: environmental performance includes indoor sound,Physical environment such as light and heat and user’s evaluation of service quality;energy consumption is heating,air conditioning and lighting energy consumption to maintain environmental performance.The environmental energy efficiency evaluation system emphasizes efficiency priority,performance-oriented,and “ measure-oriented ” green construction evaluation methods complement each other,from the two dimensions of“comfort” of the environment and “energy efficiency” of the building.Green building design research has a strong practical significance.In the 12 th Five-Year Plan,the research group has established an environmental energy efficiency evaluation system for office buildings in cold areas through a large number of empirical studies.Because the environmental performance and energy consumption indicators of different types of buildings vary greatly,it needs to accumulate a large number of empirical studies to establish an evaluation index system for different types of buildings.Therefore,this paper chooses hospital ward building as the research object.Firstly,on the basis of literature research,according to the research methods and paths of the 12 th Five-Year Plan research group,the benchmark value of environmental energy efficiency evaluation of ward building is determined,the system is constructed and the evaluation scale is made.Then,the case is evaluated and the optimization of improving environmental energy efficiency is put forward from the perspective of architecture.The design method is expected to provide reference for the study of environmental energy efficiency of ward buildings.
