Research On The Architectural Design Of The Aged Community Synthesis Under The Mode Of Medical And Maintenance Combination

The aging process is accelerating and developing in depth,and the old-age pension model is developing from home to socialization.This situation poses great challenges to the old-age medical treatment and traditional old-age pension model.The new old-age pension model of medical care combined with maintenance exerts its advantages and potential,optimizes and adjusts the old-age pension platform,providing another choice for the old-age medical care.Based on the background analysis of pension and medical care,this paper elaborates the research perspective,purpose,significance and framework oriented by the combination of medical care and nursing.Firstly,on the basis of comparative analysis of domestic and foreign models of medical and nursing integration,combined with relevant disciplines and policy guidance,the paper interprets the embryonic form of medical and nursing integration in China and demonstrates its feasibility.Secondly,through questionnaires and on-the-spot surveys,the elderly and the elderly medical care facilities of the object were investigated.Then the integration and classification were summarized to establish the regional scope of this study-the municipal pension facilities,that is,the pension community synthesis.Analysing the medical care needs of the elderly at different stages and the characteristics of the old-age community synthesis separately,the practical project base and location are established.Subsequently,through literature reading,normative combing and case study,this paper puts forward the design principles and Strategies of constructing the integrated medical care and nursing community synthesis.It mainly interprets the space and function of the overall construction system and the living space and public activity space to determines the design objectives and styles.With this as the theoretical guidance,the design conception and scheme deepening of the entity project of Luohe Changjian Central Plains Healthy Endowment Industry Complex are carried out.The purposely this paper is to realize the transformation from theoretical discussion to practical operation,and hope that the research results will provide some reference for future related practice.There are still many shortcomings in this paper,which need to be further studied in the future,but its fundamental purpose is to open up a new pension model under medical caremode and guide the research and design of architectural space to build a livable and sustainable space environment for the elderly.
