The Study On Care Facilities For The Aged In Community From The Perspective Of Medical-Nursing Combination

Under the background of the continuous development of China's aging,the trend of aging and disability is becoming more and more obvious.According to China's "9073" pension pattern,there will be more than 200 million elderly people in China who need to support their families at home or in the community.Due to the rising number of elderly and disabled elderly people,we provide care-giving elderly care facilities in the community.There are considerable social needs.Since 2011,China's “Twelfth Five-Year Plan for the Development of China's Aging Industry” clearly puts forward the“medical-nursing combination”,promotes the shared development of medical resources and care facilities for the aged,and provides policies for medical care and old-age security for the elderly and disabled elderly.stand by.Therefore,the study of the combination of medical care and community-based care for the elderly is a very practical and social issue.This paper firstly analyzes the present situation and characteristics of China's aging,according to the actual needs of China,analyzes and interprets the data of different types of medical treatments in different countries,mainly from the relationship and function of the care facilities for the aged and surrounding communities.It analyzes and summarizes several aspects,such as the combination of spatial layout and medical care,and summarizes the experience that is beneficial to China's study and reference.Secondly,it conducts a survey on the needs of the potential community in the current community for the care and community-based community care elderly care facilities,and provides the basis for the design strategy.Through the detailed investigation,analysis and interpretation of the functional composition of each case,thespatial layout,the combination of medical and nursing,and the exploration of the combination of the medical and nursing conditions in China and the selected cases with typical characteristics,The problems encountered in the process,in order to pass the discovery and summary of the problem,to point the way for the future development of China's medical integration.Based on the detailed investigation,analysis and interpretation of domestic and foreign cases,the design strategy of the combination of medical care and community-based care for the elderly is preliminarily formed.It sorts out the different types of medical organization and operational organization patterns and spatial organization forms suitable for real needs,and summarizes and summarizes the modes from the aspects of site selection layout,building size determination,overall functional composition and spatial layout.From the maintenance space with the core of the living room,the daily activity space with the activity room as the core,the medical space and the transportation space with the medical office as the core,detailed design points and design strategies are proposed.Finally,Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology The design practice of the community care center for the elderly in the Caotang campus will try to apply the design strategy proposed in this paper.It is hoped that it will provide some reference and reference for the design of the future medical-nursing combination community-based care facilities for the elderly.
