Study On Design Strategy Of Urban Community Health Service Facilities In Chengdu Under The Background Of The Combination Of Medical Care And Maintenance

With the increasing process of population aging in our country,the increasing dependency ratio of the elderly makes the traditional family pension unsustainable,and the pension service is gradually moving towards community.Facing the growing needs of the elderly,the longterm independent medical and health care and elderly care resources are facing the dilemma of left and right shortage.In order to solve the poser,the Medical support integration emerged as the times require.At the same time,as the main grass-roots medical institutions in urban communities,community health service facilities will gradually improve their service functions and service system,and will become an essential medium to bear the task of combining community medicine and maintenance.As of today,the academic study on the "combination of medical care and maintenance" service in community health service facilities in China is still at a shallow level,and the construction objectives,service process,house layout and space size of the community health service center with the combination of medical care and maintenance are relatively vague.Due to lack of relevant construction and design experience,the community health service facilities in many cities in China can not meet the requirements of integrated medical and nursing services,exposing many deficiencies.Firstly,this paper summarizes the main modes of medical care combined service in China,and carding the characteristics of the aged and related architectural design theory.In the investigation stage,through questionnaires and interviews with the elderly users and medical administrators in Chengdu Community Health Service Center,we have an in-depth understanding of the cognitive status and needs of doctors and patients for the integrated medical care service.On this basis,the author visited 78 community health service facilities in Chengdu,and summarized their current situation and problems in function allocation,space environment and so on.In order to further understand the operation status of medical and nursing community health service centers,the author made an in-depth case analysis of four community health service centers with special departments for the elderly on the basis of overall investigation.Finally,through the investigation,analysis and summary of the above current situation,the author discusses and discusses the construction objectives and principles,service mode and process,site selection and planning layout,spatial organization and optimization,environment and detail design of the "combination of medical care" community health service facilities,and through the division of the health status of the elderly,The function configuration and space size of different medical and nursing rooms are designed.Finally,along the direction of design strategy,the design practice of the qualified community health service center is carried out,and the relevant design points of medical care service are put forward to form the complementarity of theory and practice.In the future,community health service facilities integrating medical care and maintenance will continue to be the focus of the construction of community medical care system.Taking Chengdu as an example,this paper puts forward relevant design strategies on the basis of full investigation,taking into account the development characteristics of Chengdu,in order to provide suggestions for relevant construction practice in the future and provide some reference for subsequent academic research.
