Study On Design Essentials Of Low-rise Residential Areas Around Suzhou Historic And Cultural Sites

In recent years,with the rapid improvement of suzhou's regional economic level,the process of renewal and transformation of the ancient city has been accelerated.As suzhou is a famous cultural city with a history of 2500 years,there are many scenic spots and historic sites inside and outside the ancient city.Guided by the concept of urban organic renewal,we need to consider the elements of every aspect,pay attention to the features of the newly built residential area in history,pay attention to the continuity of the whole region to historic,at the same time to adopt new technologies,new methods,to meet the people at the present stage of residential design using the new requirements,the new trend of social development.The newly built community should not only continue the cultural context of thousands of years,but also highlight the style of The Times.It can not only inherit the classical artistic conception,but also have certain forward-looking.We aim to create a new generation of residents of suzhou can identify with the acceptance of the historical and cultural heritage of a harmonious coexistence and rich characteristics of the new era of residential products and environment.This paper is mainly divided into five parts.The research object is the residential area around the historic and cultural scenic spot protection area,and the design key points of how to comply with the regional planning and protection requirements are discussed.The first chapter is the part of raising questions,briefly expounding the background,significance,content and method of this research topic,and establishing the research starting point and research framework.The second chapter is the part of problem analysis,which analyzes the relevant theories of this research subject and the current situation of residential development around the historic and cultural interest protection area,and further puts forward the key points and difficulties of residential design in the regulated area.Chapter 3 and chapter 4 are the center of this paper.In order to solve the problems,the general layout,apartment type,fire protection problems,space shaping and other aspects of a low-rise residential area within the protection and control area of a historical interest are analyzed.The fifth chapter is a technical drawing combining theory with practice,further testing the previous theory,so as to summarize the research results of the full text.The last part is the conclusion.
