Modern power system is upgrading in scale and capacity.The commercial value of electric energy has been highlighted in the market economy environment.Modern power marketing has become one of the topics of social concern.The reform of power supply and distribution system calls for the establishment of a new high-voltage integrated metering device which meets the requirements of contemporary power supply and demand balance management.As a new high-voltage integrated metering device,distribution automation device has its unique advantages and characteristics,and is also the only product that can sell high-voltage integrated metering device in China at present.Distribution network automation device can play its technical and product advantages in fine management,and can be widely used in anti-theft and line loss assessment.As a brand new technology and product,distribution automation device is the product of knowledge economy.Its promotion will have an inestimable market prospect like electronic watt-hour meter a few years ago.Through the knowledge dissemination and popularization of the concept of high-voltage integrated measurement,the distribution automation device of Nanruisichuang Company makes more professionals identify with the technology and products of the distribution automation device,and makes the "chip high-voltage embedding technology" become a major technological revolution in the electric power industry.How to make distribution network automation devices widely used,it is necessary to use the relevant marketing knowledge for analysis and research.As one of the key points in the overall work of distribution network enterprises,marketing is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities under the background of power market reform.For distribution network enterprises,how to actively and effectively formulate marketing strategies and provide perfect service guarantee in power marketing,so as to realize the expansion of power market,tap potential power customers,occupy market share,and promote the transformation and development of enterprises to service-oriented enterprises,has become an urgent problem for distribution network enterprises to solve.In this paper,marketing theory is introduced into the marketing of distribution network automation devices of Nan Rui Chuang Company.The problems existing in marketing strategy of Nan Rui Chuang Company will be studied,the application mode of marketing strategy in modern power industry will be analyzed,and the marketing strategy of Nan Rui Chuang Company at different levels will be explored by drawing on the experience of domestic and foreign industries.In this paper,the marketing strategy of distribution enterprises under the power market environment is studied.Based on the marketing theory,Nanruisichuang Company is taken as the research object.On the basis of extensive literature review,through the analysis of the gradual changes of distribution automation devices with economic development,Nanruisi is analyzed by using PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,4P marketing theory and so on.During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,the external environment and internal environment of the company were systematically analyzed.This paper focuses on the 4P marketing theory and STP theory to analyze the current situation of its marketing management and the problems existing in its marketing strategy,and gives the company's overall marketing strategy suggestions,and puts forward the differential marketing sltrategy,that is,through product,price,channel,service and brand differentiation strategy,in order to support the company's business objectives and sustainable development,and improve marketing.Effect.Through the analysis and Research on the marketing of distribution automation device of Nanruisichuang Company,this paper puts forward some marketing strategy suggestions and safeguard measures to increase its marketing power,so as to obtain a broader development space.At the same time,it also provides some reference for other domestic distribution automation device manufacturers in the formulation of marketing strategy.
