Design Research On Urban Expressway Cover Complex

With the overall decline in the supply of incremental land in first-and second-tier cities in China,the future urban development model based on inventory planning will become the main transformation direction of architectural planning and design.Based on this background,this design study attempts to discover the potential utilization and design methods of typical urban inventory through urban research and make design verification.This paper selects the most typical expressway in the current urban expansion process of China as the research and design object of inventory.Taking the relevant research on inventory planning and urban renewal at home and abroad as the theoretical basis.The purpose is to explore three issues,which can be used?What method is used to utilize?How much value can we generate for a specific case?Through the case study of the urban expressway cover,analyzing the technical details of the design problems,spatial processing methods,structures included in the case,the toolbox of the design method can be summarized as the basis of the design,and the subsequent design operations are carried out.Take Nanjing as an example to analyze the main roads of Nanjing,such as Inner Ring Expressway,Outer Ring Expressway and Jiangdong Road,and summarize the surrounding roads of the expressway to select the sections that can be used.Further comprehensively compare the site requirements and traffic conditions of selected road sections,and select the most typical road sections as the final design site.For the final practice design site,combined with the needs of the site,the development model of the upper complex will be planned.Based on the judgment results of the development model,relevant research on the requirements of such property development will be conducted to determine the specific ratio of the function,and further develop the site and specific architectural design tasks.To deepen the design of the architecture,it is necessary to use the model study of the traffic conversion system such as the expressway service area,and combine the conditions of the streamline organization in the upper part of the site to analyze and design the traffic transition of the expressway and the complex.Finally,the design of the underground garage of the complex and the traffic conversion system consisting of the entrance and exit ramps was decided.According to the characteristics of the site requirements,the extraction of existing design tools can be carried out with relevant functions and block combinations,and the site strategy is improved in combination with the existing site design regulations.Subsequent specific functional allocation design for each volume-by-layer space,and organize tour and evacuation paths to help rationalize the entire building plan,and complete the entire building through detailed design of the facade and structure.
