Research On Regeneration Of Community Public Space And Community Building Based On The Concept Of Collaborative Sharing

Under the idea of "joint development,co-governance and sharing",aming at"sharing",it promotes collaborative engagement,interaction and communication,and cooperation and negotiation among people in social public affairs as a goal and finally builds the society into the new concept of community.It,s not only can solve the shortage of urban resources and promote interpersonal relations,but also can create a more open,harmonious and trustful social relation to help deal with social contradictions.The old communities tend to have numerous deficiencies and constraints in facilities as well as a lack of mature commercial property management and timely environmental maintenance,leading to the deteriorating living environment for residents,fewer community activities and weakened sense of happiness.Although public spaces of newly-built communities have mostly improved the living environment,yet the relationship of neighborhood estrangement and its also resulting problems become increasingly prominent with a low level of community vitality as before.In the process of community buliding and governance,the severe shortage of resident participation,it's unsatisfactory in the residents' awareness,ways,and enthusiasm of participation.The concept of collaborative sharing requires a change in relevant social systems,management concepts and other aspects.This article takes the building and renovation of community public space of Huajiadi Community in Beijing as the case,then analyzes its resident participation in community building activities by conducting an in-depth study of relevant problems concerning community public space building and resident participation,analyzes domestic and foreign cases of community renovation based on the concept of collaborative sharing and discusses the possibility of helping residents achieve the renovation of community public space and promoting contact between residents to improve the vitality of community public space and so on with the concept of collaborative sharing in the context of sharing economy.Finally,this article proposes countermeasures concerning collaborative sharing of community public space,and sets up the innovation framework of "principle-goal-mode-mechanism-management",to strengthen the awareness of participation in community public affairs,rejuvenate community public space,bring community residents together,and create a reciprocal and friendly community.
