Study On Ageing Renovation Design Of Public Space In Residential Districts Of Xi'an City Based On Community Endowment Mode

In recent years,with the intensification of China's urbanization process and rapid population growth,the aging of the urban population has become increasingly prominent,and it has become one of the main factors constraining the healthy development of society at this stage.However,at present,there is a serious shortage of institutional old-age care facilities and there is a lack of institutional guarantees for home-based care.Therefore,the community pension model has become one of the feasible old-age care models in China at this stage.However,in the settlements that have already been built,there are problems such as inadequacy of design due to short development time or ignoring the user's real experience,such as lack of in-depth design or blind pursuit of aesthetics.From the developer to the designer,there is a lack of primary users of public space.-Seniors-consideration of special needs and in-depth study of the living conditions and behavior patterns of the elderly.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out appropriate aging retrofit design research on residential public spaces.In this paper,firstly,the relevant theoretical studies at home and abroad are combed,and the characteristics of the activities of the elderly and the special needs of the public space in residential areas are analyzed.Then,the typical cases at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized.The foreign cases are mainly exemplified by Japan,Germany,and Singapore.,Analysis of the new concept of foreign pension and the transformation of ideas;the domestic case is mainly for the more advanced retirement community public space and in recent years to carry out suitable ageing transformation of residential areas for analysis.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research,four residential areas Baihulinju,Xingshengyuan,Huaqing Xuefucheng,andNanhu No.1 in Xi'an were selected as research objects,and the basic activities of the elderly in residential areas were investigated through case studies and questionnaire surveys.The collection and analysis of data on public space and the status quo of the public space summarizes the common aging problem in public spaces in residential areas in Xi'an.Then,the appropriate ageing retrofit design principles and tactics are proposed for public space,and a summary of the appropriate ageing retrofit design methods for the public space includes the traffic space,fitness activity space,leisure and entertainment space,landscape green space and public facilities.Finally,based on the statistical analysis of the data,the use of the public space of Xingsheng Park for the use of evaluations and satisfaction surveys that are more problematic is proposed,and the design ideas for proper aging are proposed for the public space of Xingsheng Park,which is adapted from the overall planning and the typical public space.Aging retrofit design.This article hopes to provide some references for proper aging of public activities in Xi'an,and to create a comfortable,safe,and interesting public space for the elderly,so as to improve the quality of life and living environment of the elderly.
