Research On Land Use Planning Of Ancient Town Type Scenic Spot

In the present rapid urbanization and economic globalization,the rapid development of China's scenic spots is also facing unprecedented challenges,rich historical and cultural resources of the ancient town Scenic area because of its superior ecological environment,unique landscape resources,distinctive landscape features more and more people's attention,At the same time,the vigorous development of tourism and the excessive exploitation of scenic resources have exerted great pressure on their protection,which has brought serious impact on natural environment and historical resources.The Land of scenic Area is the comprehensive carrier of carrying scenic spot resources,all kinds of human activities and natural process,so the land planning is the precondition and the most direct and effective measure to solve the contradiction between the development and protection of scenic spot.This thesis takes the ancient town scenic area land as the research target,firstly elaborated the connotation and the general situation distribution of the ancient town scenic area,secondly comprehensively analyzed the ancient town scenic area constituent elements and the protection content,on this basis,combed the present situation of the ancient town scenic area planning,the historical town protection planning development course and the contradiction of the two coordination,has made the research and the detailed adjustment to the scenic area land classification,through the case literature research ancient town scenic area land main question and proposes the solution,and then proposed the ancient town scenic area land use coordination planning principle.This thesis emphasizes the combination of theory and practice,the fourth chapter of the article in Taihu scenic area mudu scenic area-a typical ancient town scenic area as an example,further discusses the ancient town scenic area land use coordination planning method,verify the feasibility of theoretical research results,and in the planning of the specific strategies for appropriate supplementary adjustment,increase its practical utility.
