Research On Element System And The Method Research For Detailed Planning Of The Scenic Spots

In recent years,along with our country social economy and the rapid development of tourism,scenic area development and construction activities are also growing,at the same time also brought such as scenic spot resources destruction,the deterioration of ecological environment and so on a variety of negative effects,accelerated the scenic spot of the contradiction between protection and development.As a result,the scenic spot of control rules in the ready-made city scale type control,standard control elements to such problems as lack of pertinence,control method,through the literature review,system analysis and empirical research,the methods of field reconnaissance,has been clear about the "protection and development" and "multiple stakeholders win-win" as the connotation of scenic area regulatory value goal orientation,based on the structure model of "LEMS" scenic spots regulatory control elements of the system,as well as land use,resource protection,environmental capacity,and of the four key elements such as scenic touring control method.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the development of the scenic area planning in China,can be divided into startup,explore,standardized three stages,and by city with the scenic area regulatory control rules of comparative analysis,put forward to "the protection and development" and "multiple stakeholders win-win" as the connotation of scenic spot of regulatory value goal orientation.(2)From the characteristics of scenic spot system,the scenic spot is deconstructed into a model of LEMS,which is composed of landscape style,resource Environment,artificial Material and Social humanities.On this basis,based on the protection and development,the qualitative and quantitative,rigid and elastic elements of the system construction principles,put forward by the four primary control elements(landscapes,resources and environment,artificial material,social and cultural),9 secondary control elements(the natural landscape,cultural landscape,resource conservation,land use,building construction,facilities,environmental capacity,the scenery touring,environmental protection)as well as a number of tertiary control elements of scenic spot control system.At the same time,the control elements are divided into two categories,namely,regulation and guidance,and further put forward the text,graphic,numerical expression and the compilation unit with targeted protection development.(3)According to the key control factors such as land use,environmental capacity and scenic tour,the corresponding control methods are proposed.Among them,land use control mainly includes three aspects: land classification,land boundary division and land use intensity.The environmental capacity control mainly includes the tourism environment capacity and the population size.The control of scenic tour includes two aspects: the control of the reward project and the control of the tour.(4)In the scenic spot of regulatory elements system construction and control method research,on the basis of combining Chinese fairy rock scenic spot control rules has carried on the empirical research,to build the system of control elements,the elements and the related control content and control method is proposed.In terms of the expression of control factors,an empirical study was carried out on the yangziyan scenic spot in hanseyan scenic spot.
