The rail transit environmental equipment monitoring system has become an important tool for achieving automated rail transit management.Multi-mode control is the key technology that embodies the automation management of environmental equipment monitoring system.This project combines Ninghe Intercity Rail Transit First Phase Project to carry out multi-mode control design and application research of urban rail transit environmental equipment monitoring system.It has important engineering application value for automatic management and control of environmental equipment system of rail transit.Multi-mode control can make environmental equipment monitoring system run continuously,safely,economically,orderly and comfortably.In this paper,the specific requirements of multi-mode control of BAS in Ninghe Intercity Rail Transit First Phase Project are analyzed,and the control function requirements of environmental equipment monitoring system suitable for Ninghe Intercity Rail Transit First Phase Project are put forward.,such as control authority single control,mode control,timetable control,free control and so on.By summarizing and analyzing the practical engineering cases of rail transit in recent years,the hardware composition and software architecture of multi-mode control of BAS are proposed.In hardware,this project uses Schneider Quantum series high-end redundant PLC,master-slaver PLC connects through the fiber bus.Redundance PLC is connected to the Schneider M340 series of high-end RI/O in the remote control box of the station through the fiber ring network.The optical fiber ring network scheme is a good solution to the high cost of the industrial bus scheme in the past.Because the network needs special tools and a lot of time and energy.In terms of software,according to the actual needs of the project,this paper puts forward the realization methods of single control,mode control,timetable control and free mode control in multi-mode control,and designs various control modes with Schneider Unity Pro programming language,which well solves the problem of BAS in today's society.Environmental protection,energy saving and high efficiency demand.In addition,this paper designs three levels of control,namely,local control,station level control and central level control.Under normal circumstances,the environmental equipment monitoring system of the whole line controlled by the central level runs.If the central level runs out of control in a disaster accident,it can be taken over by the station level control.If the station-level control is out of control,it can be changed to manual control at the local level,so as to ensure that in the state of disaster and accident,disaster relief work can still be carried out in an orderly manner.In daily operation,equipment can choose to operate in the normal mode or timetable(The timetable for the design of this project uses a polling algorithm).It can also choose free control(using the Enthalpy value comparison algorithm),that is,perform device linkage according to the station's own environmental parameters.Finally,combined with practical application,the control function of multi-mode control is applied and tested in the field.The test results prove the effectiveness and practicability of the application of multi-mode control in environmental monitoring system.In this paper,the hardware and software architecture,control authority,multi-mode control design,is helpful for the construction of the Ninghe Intercity Rail Transit First Phase Project and the construction of the monitoring system of other urban rail transit environment in China.
