Research And Development Of Intelligent Control System For Indoor Plant Wall Based On Android Platform

Environmental pollution is continuously serious,and the quality of indoor air cannot be ignored.To a certain extent,green plants can improve air.Traditional pot culture has exposed many drawbacks under the rise of intelligent hardware of the Internet of Things.As a new form of plant maintenance,plant wall,which combined with simple and convenient Android platform remote control,can effectively reduce the difficulty of green plants maintenance.Therefore,it is necessary to develop an indoor plant wall intelligent control system based on Android platform.The system consists of plant wall,hardware circuit and mobile control terminal.Through market research,the design scheme of plant wall is determined.Arduino is used as the hardware platform and supplemented by various sensors to form the environmental information detection and acquisition system.Using ESP8266 as Wi-Fi chip to brush into the Gizwit'firmware,which serves as a bridge to connect the hardware system with the Gizwit platform.The Android mobile client is designed based on the open source framework of Gizwit,and can control the hardware system remotely.The system test shows that the plant wall can maintain the traditional potted plants in batches.The hardware system can accurately collect the ambient temperature,humidity,indoor formaldehyde concentration,current light intensity and carbon dioxide concentration.The mobile client can display all collected data in real time and control the pump switch through relays.After repeated power failure restart and long-term operation,the system is still stable.The intelligent control system of indoor plant wall based on Android platform achieves the design goal.It can monitor the indoor environment data in real time and control the water pump irrigation switch remotely.It reduces the difficulty and enhances the fun of green planting maintenance.
