The Research To The Common Quality Issue Of Curtain Wall Of Buildings And Its Countermeasures

In the last two decades,more and more curtain walls have been applied to many kinds of buildings.But due to various issues occurred by using curtain walls,especially the problems such as structure safety,wall leakage and fire prevention have serious impact on the using of curtain walls.Therefore,it has significant meaning to have research and studies on these three common quality problems to reduce the occurrence of accidents due to curtain wall quality.First,this thesis introduces the current status of the research on the structure safety,wall leakage and fire prevention performance of curtain walls of buildings at home and abroad and then analyze the reasons and consequences due to the these three common quality issues by the survey to the typical cases of the quality accidents.A large quantities of the quality cases of using curtain walls due to the design defect,inferior materials and inappropriate construction have been collected in this thesis.By using statistical method,sample survey,questionnaire and inspection and assessment,issues occurred in curtain walls design,using materials and construction have been deeply analyzed.And a set of the measures including the quality control by using APP to have a 'live' monitoring to the schedule of the project to guarantee the curtain walls design and construction quality has been put forward to enhance the quality of the project.The research in this thesis not only has the theoretic meanings but also has the practical guide to the real constructions.
