Research On Quality Control Of Curtain Wall Engineering Of Public Buildings In Nanjing

In recent years,the building curtain wall has developed very rapidly.The facade of a large number of new projects has adopted the building curtain wall.With the construction and use of the building curtain wall,many quality problems have gradually emerged.The construction quality of the building curtain wall has become the focus of attention from all walks of life.This paper analyzes the design and construction characteristics of common building curtain wall and curtain wall in Nanjing,and summarizes the main quality problems in all aspects of construction.Combined with the case of typical building curtain wall in Nanjing,from construction organization management,material procurement and approach,concealed works,panels In the construction key points such as installation,aiming at the quality problems of the four types of curtain walls,such as glass curtain wall,aluminum curtain wall,stone curtain wall and ceramic panel curtain wall,from the perspective of engineering supervision,the paper analyzes the quality control points of the building curtain wall and proposes relevant Quality control measures.I hope to help strengthen the construction quality of the curtain wall project.
