The treatment and rehabilitation of dental caries has always been a difficult problem for the medical profession,and the main cause of caries disease is stroke and spinal cord injury.With the ageing society intensifying,the incidence of stroke disease among middle-aged and elderly people remains high,causing many middle-aged and elderly people to suffer from hemiplegia sequelae.On the other hand,with the development of society and economy,spinal cord injuries caused by traffic accidents,high altitude crashes and other injuries have also caused many paralyzed patients.Therefore,based on the idea of electromyographic bridge(EMGB)combined with sensing and communication technology,and after summarizing and improving the previous work of the task group,a new type of dual-function multi-channel system for the motor function rehabilitation in hemiplegia patients was designed.The system achieves real-time motion control of one limb to another through the EMGB technology.Patients with hemiplegia can perform the same actions by controlling their limbs through their own healthy limbs in order to achieve limb movement function rebuilding.The system mainly includes an electromyogram(EMG)signal detection circuit,a functional electrical stimulation(FES)circuit,and a signal processing module.After the EMG signal is detected and processed by the system,the generated stimulation pulse can stimulate the muscle to contract and achieve the motion function rehabilitation.And compared with the previous systems,the main control chip adopts the STM32F103VET6 chip based on the ARM Contex-M3 core,and the computing performance is more powerful.At the same time,the 2.4-inch LCD display is used to improve the human-computer interaction interface and increase stimulation.The parameter adjustment function also includes a SD card for data storage,a replaying function,and electric needle stimulation to meet the needs of different users.The system in this article has been conducted on multiple trials in healthy people,further confirming the feasibility and scientificity of the Micro-electronic Nerve/Myoelectric Bridge.With the further expansion and improvement of the system,more clinical trials will be conducted in future studies to prove the effectiveness of the system in the rehabilitation of limb function in patients with hemiplegia,and to bring happiness to patients and their families.
