With the rapid development of the economy,consumer demands have gradually developed in the direction of individualization and diversification.Enterprises need to quickly and comprehensively obtain changes in consumer demands and accelerate the speed of product replacement.Conceptual product design is an important stage for user needs analysis and innovative design,which plays a key role in improving user satisfaction and product delivery cycle.Designers often spend a lot of time and energy in finding relevant design knowledge in conceptual design process,which limits the efficiency of conceptual design.The arrival of the era of big data has produced a large amount of valuable data that contain a lot of knowledge,which has brought new opportunities for improving product conceptual design efficiency.This paper aims to use the knowledge in data to provide assistant knowledge services for designers and improve the efficiency and level of product conceptual design by taking product conceptual design as the research object and data-driven assistant knowledge service for conceptual design as the breakthrough point.This paper first analyzes the rationality and feasibility of data-driven product conceptual design and puts forward a data-driven conceptual design aided knowledge service model,which integrates knowledge in data into product conceptual design process.The auxiliary role of product review data and patent data to conceptual design is analyzed and a product conceptual design aided knowledge service model based on product reviews and patent data is constructed.In view of user requirements analysis,this paper studies the method of obtaining and mining product review data.Text mining technology is used to analyze users' concerns and satisfaction and then analyze users' needs and product improvement information.In response to the improvement of user needs,patent efficiency information and technical information are extracted through the construction of a patent's technical efficiency matrix,and patented technical solutions that satisfy the needs of users are obtained through the mapping of requirements-efficacy-technology.Structured modeling of design knowledge is built and stored in a database.Finally,examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.Driving product concept design through data is an effective design method.Mining and utilizing data in a reasonable and effective way can effectively reduce designers' workloads and the time to find relevant design knowledge and decrease the risk of product conceptual design.
