A Study On The Renewal Strategie Of Old Urban Areas Under The Concept Of Urban Double Repair

In the process of rapid urbanization in our country,While performing the miracle of rapid development,cities are also facing various problems and contradictions,especially in the old urban area.In 2015,with the advocacy and active promotion of the Ministry of housing and construction,the "double repair of cities" launched from Sanya,and then officially entered the public eye.Renovation and restoration is the new requirement for urban planning and management,is a new concept which adapt to stock planning and urban transformation development.Therefore,this paper attempts to explore the strategy of renewal of urban old districts under the concept of "urban double repair",and seek for the sustainable development of old urban areas.This paper firstly clarifies the significance of the theory of urban double repairs from the problems faced by the old districts and the needs of multiple parties.And based on the study of City-Industry Integration achievements and practical experience at home and abroad,trying to dig deeper into the connotation of the "double repair of cities",and then put forward analysis and deconstruction of the concept of "urban double repair".Summing up that the urban dual repairs should include both ecological restoration and functional restoration that is typical of the completion of infrastructure;the typical space restoration is “dismantlement of illegal buildings,space environment,and landscape features”;the typical social repair is “the completion of social governance,public service promotion,social network construction,And furthermore with the principle of regionalism,ecosystem and sustainability.From the four perspective of ecological restoration,function repair,this paper constructs a new urban renewal strategy framework based on the concept of “double repair of cities”.Lastely,Paper has analyzed the present situation of Zhengyi District's urban space,the influence factors of the spatial evolution and the existing problems,and then putting forward the concrete and specific strategies.
