Balanced Ambient Room Type Calorimeter has been used as a test device for measuring the performance of air conditioners.It is made up of many measuring systems and has been widely applied in the air conditioner manufacturing industry.The laboratory needs to be calibrated regularly in view of its long work,aging of components,and the reduction of measurement precision.However,due to the influence of many parameters of the air conditioner performance indicators,calibration is rather complicated,and there is no uniform method for calibrating Balanced Ambient Room Type Calorimeter.In 2010 and 2013,the new energy efficiency standards for household air conditioning,improve the industry threshold,in the air conditioner quality control and product development,Balanced Ambient Room Type Calorimeter test device has become an important tool to evaluate the performance of the quality of air conditioners,however,The measurement accuracy and consistency of the device are not guaranteed due to the imperfect calibration method and measurement traceability system of the balanced environment type room calorimeter.Therefore,a set of simple and effective calibration methods has become the focus of attention of enterprises and Metrology departments.This paper studies from the angle of the system,first analyzes the principle of heat balance measurement system with different parameters of Balanced Ambient Room Type Calorimeter and feasible calibration scheme,and then use specific calibration method for sensor integrated measurement calibration research on calorimeter in the measurement system,finally conduct a pilot test of calibration laboratory,to provide reference data for accuracy calibration balanced ambient room type calorimeter test device and consistency.In addition,after calibration of the lab for more groups of refrigerating capacity to repeat the test experiment,gives the refrigerating capacity of the expanded uncertainty and related evaluation process,and explain the important factors that affect the test results.A number of laboratories were organized to compare the capacity of refrigeration,and the consistency of the measurement results was verified through proficiency testing data,and the difference of the test results was analyzed.
