The balanced ambient room-type calorimeter is used as a set of high-accuracy cooling capacity measuring equipment for calibrating the cooling capacity of standard air conditioners.The accuracy of the air conditioner cooling capacity is directly related to the stability characteristics of the operating conditions at the time of detection.This paper takes the balanced ambient room-type calorimeter provided by an air conditioner manufacturer as the research object.Through the theoretical verification of the steady state model of the calorimeter,the FLUENT software is used to simulate the temperature field and velocity field of the test chamber on the indoor side of the calorimeter.The work of this content includes:(1)According to the detection methods and types of the cooling capacity of the air conditioners,the calculation methods of the cooling capacity under different working conditions are analyzed,the uncertainty of cooling capacity of the air conditioner used in this test is calculated,and the criterion for stability of the temperature field of test is proposed.(2)Establish an air heat balance model for the indoor side test room of a balanced ambient room-type calorimeter.Based on the analysis of the thermodynamic model of electric heater and electric humidifier,the temperature and humidity coupling phenomenon in the control room is analyzed.The moisture content is introduced as a control variable to achieve temperature and humidity control based on moisture content.(3)The CFD simulation of the temperature and velocity field of the test room on the indoor room of the balanced ambient room-type calorimeter was carried out.The optimal monitoring points of various parameters of the calculation conditions were determined by the distribution of temperature field and velocity field.By setting the wall temperature monitoring point,comparing the simulated temperature value with the actual temperature test value,the consistency between the model of the balanced environment type room calorimeter and the actual test room was verified,and the source of the error was analyzed.The temperature field distribution characteristics of the balanced environment type room calorimeter under the action of two different cooling capacity room air conditioners are given.
