As the large-scaled application of the electrification of rail transit systems,the Integrated automation system of the traction power supply system are used more and more.Because there is no uniform standards formulated,each manufacturer design its own device with different standards.The difference of the communication protocols which are used in the substation make impossible to communicate with each other directly.Recently,IEC61850 for Intelligent substation becomes the uniform work standard.However,the introduction of new standards requires the equipment manufacturers to redesign the related electrical products.In the short term,the substation automation system based on IEC61850 standard is difficult to fully replace the existing technology in engineering applications.At present,in order to solve the communication problems of many communication standard equipment,the communication management equipment is used in engineering to realize the communication between different devices.This topic comes from the actual project requirements,to achieve a communication management can meet a variety of needs of the working machine,the Ethernet interface requires enough,a sufficient number of serial number,and can be adjusted according to need.At the same time,the product has the function of "three remote",in order to facilitate engineering demand is not high under the condition that the device can replace some high expansion through the configuration of the special equipment for measurement and control three remote functions to improve,reduce project cost,reduce maintenance cost,improve the design flexibility.In the subject research,according to the engineering situation,the whole machine requirement design is carried out,and the technical scheme is designed.The function of the whole machine is divided,the function of the plate and the module are defined.Aiming at the harsh environment of high electromagnetic interference in electrical automation products,the reliability design of products is emphasized.After the completion of the prototype,software development and design were carried out.By now,the basic functions of the product have been achieved and are being further verified and tested.The technical parameters have reached the expected target.It can realize 8 channel Ethernet,and can expand the 32 way serial communication(RS232/485 configurable)at the most,and support the AC analog acquisition and expansion,support the remote signal function expansion,and support remote control function expansion.Communication,measurement and control device has entered the end of debugging.A variety of electromagnetic compatibility test have been done,this thesis is based on the development of the project of keyvia.co,.LTD...
