Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,smart distribution network has been developing rapidly,which has become an important area in the field of smart grid at home and abroad.With a wide range of equipment and system applications,its development involves many market participants such as enterprises,commercial and resident users.Smart distribution network should be targeted for sustainable development while maintain the perpetual use of resources and environment.The participation of the distributed energy resources,such as electric vehicle,distributed generation,energy storage system and flexible loads,in the distribution networks is an important measure to realize its sustainable development,which has great significance to increase the efficiency of the use of the renewable energy and achieve energy-saving and emission-reduction.This paper tries to combine the characteristics of smart distribution network and the theory of sustainable development,puts forward the concept of the ability of sustainable development of the smart distribution network and proposes a sustainable development evaluation system of smart distribution network with distributed energy resources.Firstly,taking into account of the development of economy and society,environment and energy,and the development of key technologies of smart distribution network,this paper presents an index system for evaluating the capability of sustainable development of smart distribution network.The index system comprehensively evaluates five aspects of smart distribution network closely related to sustainable development,that is,technical rationality,security,economy,environment and energy.Secondly,by setting up a generalized distributed resource probability model,we establish an evaluation model of the smart distribution network based on the theory of system dynamics.Then,we calculate the mean of the evaluation index of the sustainable development ability of smart distribution network with Monte carlo simulation and stochastic production simulation.Bringing the mean into the system dynamic model,we grade the ability of sustainable development of smart distribution network and formulate policies to guide future development according to the above score by using comprehensive evaluation methods based on fuzzy theory,entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process.Thirdly,from the perspective of the sustainability of society,economy,environment,energy and technology,combining with the three-dimensional evaluation model of sustainable development,this paper proposes a trajectory analysis of sustainable development behavior,which is related to the development,coordination,and duration of sustainability.By exploring the sustainable development trajectory of the smart distribution network,we test the effectiveness of the dynamic model of the smart distribution network,and then modify the future direction of the smart distribution network.Finally,we verify the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation system by testing a modified IEEE 33-bus system and a regional distribution system of the new eco-city in Tianjin.
