| With the rapid development of urbanization,the urban flood control and drainage is increasing serious.The drainage pumping station is an important part of the construction of city flood control and drainage.But the drainage pumping station has been built in many engineering with problems such as low standard,aging structure and so on.So building new drainage pumping station is an effective way to solve these problems.The traditional pumping stations are large in size,which occupy urban space and affect landscape.Also the engineering takes a long time and contaminates environment.In view of these problems,this paper first proposes the invisibility quick construction drainage pumping station.The main research works include the following:First,this paper proposes the invisibility quick construction drainage pumping station,and introduces its structure form,construction process and working principle in detail.And this paper points out the innovation points and advantages of invisibility quick construction drainage pumping stations.Compared with the traditional drainage pumping station,this pumping station can shorten the construction period and reduce pollution.And all buildings are located below the ground without occupying the ground space and affecting the urban landscape.Besides,this pumping station covers less area and reduces engineering quantity with small size.Also it has less construction and installation costs.The pump station has better reliability and better self-flood control ability.Secondly,this paper designs the invisibility quick construction drainage pumping station based on a project in Hainan and establishes a three-dimensional finite element model by ABAQUS software.Then calculating and analyzing static characteristics of the structure in the design working condition,check working condition and low water condition.The results show that the displacement in each direction of the structure is small.The stress distribution is uniform and the structure force is reasonable.In practical engineering,it is necessary to pay attention to strengthen the reinforcement of the reinforcement in the higher region of the tensile stress level to meet the strength requirement.Besides,this paper takes modal analysis of the invisibility quick construction drainage pumping station by ABAQUS software.The calculation results of the first six modes of vibration mode are analyzed in detail.The natural frequency of the first six modes is between 2.37 and 4.79 Hz.And the frequency of water flow is generally less than 1Hz.So the surrounding water will not cause the structural resonance,which can guarantee the stability of the pump station in normal operation.Finally,this paper analyzes the response of invisible quick construction drainage pumping station the under earthquake action in different directions.Based on the plastic damage model,the characteristics of seismic response plastic damage and seismic weak position are analyzed.It can provide some reference for seismic design of drainage pump station in the future. |
