In the construction of modern cities,the detection of underground pipe network is an essential project.With the progress of technology,composite plastic pipes(PE,PVC,PPR)are increasingly applied in the manufacture of underground pipelines with the advantages of good corrosion resistance,high temperature resistance,innocuity and wear resistance.However,due to the characteristics of non-conductive and insulation,the traditional pipeline detection technology,such as electromagnetic induction detection method,is difficult to detect plastic pipes.This paper presents a set of acoustic underground pipeline detection program that can detect the underground pipeline of various materials.The main tasks are as follows:(1)The current development status of underground pipeline detection at home and abroad is studied,and the existing pipeline detection instruments in the market are investigated,and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.The main technology and its realization principle of underground pipeline detection are researched.Including geomagnetic induction method,geological radar detection method and acoustic detection method.The advantages and disadvantages of each method and its application scenarios are analyzed.(2)Two encoding algorithms for acoustic detection are proposed.It includes alternate encoding based on complementary Golay sequence and multi carrier coding based on Zadoff-Chu sequence.Both of these encoding methods can effectively improve the detection signal-to-noise ratio and accurately recover the target point without degrading the detection resolution.(3)A set of hardware design scheme for acoustic underground pipeline detection system is proposed.The hardware platform is based on TMS320F28335 development board,with its DA and AD as the main control chip,external voice sensor,power amplifier and other devices.Using CCS6.0 as the development environment to control the transmitting signal and the processing and display of the receiving signal.(4)By combining the software and hardware with the design experiment,the underground pipeline is tested under the field environment.The experiment is carried out on 0.5m,1.5m and 3m of PE pipe and steel pipe,to ensure the analysis of the experimental results of measurement times of a sufficient number of cases,calculate the position of the target and the theoretical value of the gap.Verify the feasibility of the acoustic pipeline detection experiment system designed in this paper,and improve it.
