Turbine is one of the important parts of aeroengine,while the groove on the turbine disk is an important coupling part of the blade on the turbine disk.The tongue and groove are usually machined by broaching.Traditional turntable tongue and groove broach design is based on process requirements,by drawing two-dimensional engineering drawings to design,this design method has the disadvantage of long design cycle,and the design results are not easy to change.In this paper,aeroengine manufacturing enterprises are promoting the status of three-dimensional CAD model transmission,put forward the turbine disk tenon groove broaching process MBD model driven tenon broach design,and this program to study the development process MBD model driven turbine disk groove Broach fast design software system.The system not only realizes the change of two-dimensional drawing to three-dimensional CAD model,but also greatly shortens the design cycle of the turbine disk tongue and groove broach and improves the design efficiency of the turbine disk tongue and groove broach.The main work and research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The definition and composition of MBD model and tongue-and-groove broach design template for turbine disk tenon grooving process are studied.The corresponding information model Establishment of Design Template of Turntable Groove Broach(2)According to the information model of grooved broaching MBD information model and grooved broach design template of turbine disk,the slot broaching MBD model and slotted broach template are established.(3)The parameter-driven relationship between MBD model of tongue-and-groove machining of turbine disk and design template model of tongue-and-broach broach was established,and the driving of slotted broach template by broaching MBD model was realized.System development and implementation(4)Based on the UG platform,UG / Open API and Visual C ++ development tools are used to develop the technological MBD model-driven turbine disk tongue and groove broach design software system,and the system has been applied in an aero-engine enterprise,initially meeting the requirements of the enterprise Actual demand.
