Reliability test is one of the important means to improve the reliability level of complex equipment,but there are still some deficiencies in the field of reliability test design.On the one hand,the actual working environment factors of the equipment are not included in the experimental design,and the theory about designing and planning the reliability test type and stress level of the complex equipment is still deficient;on the other hand,complex equipment has the characteristics of small quantities and customized production,the reliability index data of its elements is difficult to obtain and often need to rely on similar product data,expert experience or a series of product data calculated by simulation results,but the data representation forms of which have some differences.Based on the two points above,this paper presents a complex equipment reliability test design and plan model,which design and plan the reliability test from two perspectives of engineering test and statistical test,consider the actual working environment factors of complex equipment and unified representation problem of different types of reliability data,construct the reliability target and test cost constraints,then the model is solved.Firstly,based on the analysis of the reliability test environment factors and test purposes,the definition of the potential defect exposure gain is proposed.From the perspective of the actual working environment of the equipment,the function model of the reliability test cost for each environmental factor and reliability improvement model are constructed from the perspective of the comprehensive degree and the severity of the reliability test,and a multi-objective nonlinear programming model is built with the test cost constraints,whose targets are the potential defect exposure gain and the reliability improvement both maximization,and the solution method of the model is given.Then,this article expounds that because of complex equipment itself has the complexity and dynamic property,as well as the limitations of people's level of awareness and diversity of methods,the reliability index data of complex equipment contains large uncertainties;therefore,this article use the generalized standard grey number theory to uniform characterization of the multi-source heterogeneous reliability index data,and the equipment reliability function whose life expectancy obey exponential distribution and Weibull distribution are studied.An optimization model is developed to make the optimal number(or times)when the reliability index data interval converged,and the experimental cost resources planning model is given according to the cost analysis of the former part.Finally,this article use the model above to conduct the reliability test design and plan of the Harbinger system for the application of case analysis,give the corresponding engineering reliability test design scheme and statistical reliability test design scheme of the Harbinger equipment which is under the development stage and verify the rationality of the model.
