Research, Design And Construction On The Environment-experiment Testing System

With the continuous development of trade,the functionality,reliability and safety of products in various transportation and use environments have become the most concerned issues for users and producers.Temperature,humidity,vibration,and shock are environmental factors that cannot be avoided by the product.It is important to solve the adverse effects of common environmental factors on the product.Therefore,environment-experiment testing of the product must be carried out.At present,some of China's environment-experiment testing systems have insufficient testing capabilities,and there is an urgent need for additional capacity building.At the same time,the demand for environment-experiment testing is increasing,and companies are willing to increase their investment to build their own environment-experiment testing systems.However,there are relatively few references to the construction of environment-experiment testing systems in China.Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(No.61372008)and the Guangdong Science and Technology Plan(No.2014A010103014,No.2015B010101006),this paper addresses the above problems,based on my experience in environmental testing and projects,and participation in the construction of environment-experiment testing systems,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the development trend of environment-experiment testing,the new requirements of environmental testing at home and abroad,and the requirements of new standards for environment-experiment testing,new test methods,etc.,a practical laboratory design and construction plan that meets the environment-experiment testing of civil products is proposed.The main contents include:Analysis of the background,meaning,purpose and role of the environment-experiment testing;research on the development of the environment-experiment testing and the environment-experiment testing equipment;development of the environment-experiment testing standardization at home and abroad and discussion of major gaps and problems;analysis advantages and disadvantages of the environment-experiment testing systems for civil products and establish a standard basis.Analyze and study the relevant test standards for environment-experiment testing systems of civil products,including the test methods for common environmental test standards such as dry heat,cold,damp heat,change of temperature,salt mist,vibration,shock,acceleration,etc.,tailoring,summarizing and summarizing,obtain a test severity level that meets the environment-experiment testing for civilian products.Basic planning and project management for civil product environmental testing and en-vironment-experiment testing systems.Conduct research and analysis on environment-experiment testing systems soil construction,water construction,electricity construction,equipment installation,etc.;conducting research on the selection of environmental testing equipment and instruments,analyzing and comparing environmental testing equipment suppliers,and collecting data and analyzing the ability of various equipments.In the end,equipment and equipment that meet the requirements for the construction of environment-experiment testing systems for civil products are obtained.Sharing practical experience in the construction of civil product environment-experiment testing systems.Research and analyze the difficulties in the construction of salt spray,vibration and acceleration test and test systems,share the actual construction experience,and provide experience and reference for the construction of environment-experiment testing systems for civil products.Under the conditions of practicality,safety and operability,a set of modern environment-experiment testing system construction plans in line with domestic development needs is proposed.
